With a mix of jackets, dresses and blouses in the collection, here’s what you need about each of these stunning pieces for effortlessly chic winter layering. 

Sienna

Sienna is one of our popular linen dress styles because she is both flattering and versatile. The new darker black linen fabric is the perfect shade for the cooler months. Pair with lighter accessories to brighten up the look. Or mix in chocolate brown or tan for a more wintery style.

The sleeve on the Sienna Linen Dress is a comfortable mid length subtle bell shape, which is perfect for warmer days. Layer it under a jacket or over a lightweight cashmere for cooler days and nights.

Sienna also comes with a belt so you can dress her up or down depending on your preference. If you’re layering for winter, you may prefer to wear Sienna without the belt so you don’t add unnecessary bulk.

With modest side splits, Sienna also pairs beautifully with knee-length boots.

Florence

The Florence Linen Dress is the flattering fit all of our customers rave about! If you have one of our Fleur dresses we know you're going to absolutely love Florence and will wear her on a regular rotation this winter.

Florence has a reversible neckline offering both a round neck and a v-neck. The design is beautifully balanced with clever draping to ensure it’s comfortable when worn either way.

The new colours for the Florence Dress include:

• A washed black European flax linen with ivory hand embroidery.
• A luxuriously soft natural coloured Italian linen with a woven check pattern.
• A stripe European Flax crinkle linen in a blueish-grey colour with a creamy coloured stripe. 

The gathered sleeve on the Florence Dress is one of the stand out features, particularly if you’ll be layering for winter with cardigans or jackets. The sleeves create a really lovely shape without being massively oversized. The elastic cuff allows you to push the sleeves up if needed.

Oh, and did we mention that Florence has pockets?

Evie

With a gathered v-neckline and open mandarin collar, the Evie Blouse has quickly become another Eva Cassis favourite style.

In this collection, Evie is available in four different shades of a lightweight cotton voile that is supremely easy to wash. These include black cotton, ivory cotton, latte cotton and a stunning abstract floral print in a silk/cotton blend.

Much like the Florence Dress, the Evie Blouse has a subtle gathered balloon sleeve. It’s shapely on the arm but not excessively so. This is important when you’re adding layers, such as cardigans and jackets, over the blouse. Given the lightweight nature of the fabric, Evie is one of those pieces that you’ll be able to wear all year round.

Evie is one of those styles that you can throw on over a pair of jeans for a casual chic style or dress it up with trousers. Tuck it in or out, either way Evie is easy to wear and will become a hardworking staple in your wardrobe.

Chelsea

If you’ve been an Eva Cassis customer for a while, you might be familiar with the Chelsea Drape Linen Jacket.

Chelsea has been updated with a collar that goes all the way down, now also with a set in sleeve. This gives it a more refined, tailored look whilst still retaining that relaxed drapey vibe.

The Chelsea Jacket comes in three very unique fabrics:

• A raw natural flax in medium to heavy weight linen which will soften and become even more luxe with each wash.
• A gorgeous, heavyweight Italian stripe linen that’s luxuriously soft and very textured with a thick weave to keep you warm in winter. 
• A lighter weight dark flax crinkle linen that’s delightfully textured.

Scarves

What is winter layering without some luxurious linen scarves?

With three new colourways, our scarves are all hand frayed. The fabric is textured and soft to touch. The three colours are a blue-grey chambray, natural with an indigo grey strip as well as a charcoal with a top stripe.

Adding a linen scarf to an outfit is the perfect way to add depth and texture or change the tone of an outfit.
