Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase wasn’t quite right you may return your item for an exchange or store credit.
Exchanges and credits will only be offered if items are returned within 14 days of you receiving your items.
Please note, you may return sale purchases up to 25% off for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of arrival. Discounts greater than 25% off are final sale not eligible for exchanges or credits.
Items will only be eligible for an exchange/store credit when returned in saleable condition – unworn, unwashed, free of make up stains and pet hair and with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items that are not received back in new condition, and these will be sent back to the customer.
We do not credit postage charges for returned goods, and items are returned at your own cost.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within the 7 day period and we will organise to replace or repair the item for you. If a replacement is unavailable you may choose to receive an exchange, store credit or full refund.
How to make a return
FOR ALL RETURNS PLEASE EMAIL INFO@EVACASSIS.COM.AU AND BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND GOODS PRIOR TO CONTACTING US.
MESSAGES REGARDING RETURNS RECEIVED VIA SOCIAL MEDIA WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Items must be returned in 14 days of the date you received the item.
- As per our T&C’s, all full priced items and promotion offers up to 25% off are eligible for an exchange or online credit.
- Final sale or items purchased with promotional discounts over 25% off may not be returned nor exchanged.
- Pre orders, special orders, custom orders and wholesale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- We only offer refunds on faulty items
Eva Cassis is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received. We suggest using a satchel with a tracking number for your return.

If you had a promotional discount and didn't use your code at checkout please contact us within 5 days of placing your order and we will happily provide you with a gift voucher for the difference to use on your next purchase.
