ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING VIA REGULAR AUSTRALIA POST.
DISPATCH TIMES HAVE NOT BEEN AFFECTED BUT DELAYS MAY OCCUR WITH AUSTRALIA POST DUE TO EXTENDED COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AND HIGH PARCEL VOLUMES.

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $150.00 anywhere in Australia.
Orders are processed & shipped in 2-4 days with Australia post.(Please check item dispatch as some items are hand finished & may take a little longer to dispatch)
Australia post standard delivery is approximately 2-8 business days from shipping date. Please note there are delays some delays at the moment due to covid19 & these Australia post delays are outside my control.

At evacassis.com.au we understand that sometimes it's difficult shopping online. If your purchase wasn't quite right you are more than welcome to return full priced merchandise for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Sale items may be exchanged only.
Afterpay orders may only be exchanged or credited.
All clearance sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or store credits can be given for clearance items. Clearance is classified as anything reduced by 40% or greater.
In the interest of health & hygiene we are unable to exchange, credit or refund earrings or face masks. Please choose carefully.
- Please contact us via email or our contacts page before returning your unwanted item. DM's & Facebook messages will not be accepted for returns.
- In order to qualify for an exchange, store credit or refund your item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Your item/s must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
- All item/s must be returned with original tags still attached & free of make up, fragrances & deodorant marks.
- Please be aware the FULL postage cost will be deducted from refunds. Deductions for small local parcels start from $10 & rise for larger packages & international orders. We will try & minimise this cost to you as much as we can but unfortunately we are unable to absorb this cost as such a small business.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If you have purchased multiple items & are only returning part of your order will NOT be deducted any shipping.
- If you are exchanging full priced merchandise you will be offered free shipping on your first exchange item only. Shipping will be charged if exchanging more than once.
- If using store credit to purchase you will be charged shipping if the difference falls below $150.
- Shipping will be charged for all sale exchanges or purchases made with promotional discounts.
- International orders & those exchanging sale items or exchanging full price merchandise multiple times will be charged shipping at market rates starting at $10.
- Return policy does not apply to custom orders or wholesale orders. (Custom orders & wholesale orders will not be exchanged, credited or refunded unless deemed faulty)
- Gift Vouchers are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
- Retail return policy does not apply to wholesale customers please read wholesale terms & conditions for full return policy on wholesale orders.
- Any goods sent to us for an exchange or refund that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
