All orders are packed with care from our Sydney studio boutique.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
During busy periods (collection launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience.
If your order contains pre order items please check the product description for production times. If you are purchasing multiple items we dispatch everything together once all your items are ready.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything we can to ensure your parcel arrives safely, once it leaves our studio, it's in the hands of the postal carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to assist.
A Considered Update to Our Shipping Rates
As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency and sustainability, we want to let you know that our shipping rates increased as of August 2025.
This change comes after a long period of absorbing rising courier and logistics costs. As a small independent business, we've always done our best to keep our shipping rates fair - and we've held off on increasing them for as long as possible.
